Dingo Dog Brewing Company is a 1.5 bbl brewery operating on PlowGirl Farm, just outside of Carrboro, NC. Founded as a non-profit brewing concern, Dingo Dog produces beverages using produce grown onsite in a minimal waste production facility. Everything outside of operating costs goes to no-kill animal rescue organizations in North Carolina through our 501(c)3 Dingo Dog Charitable Trust.

We brew our beer and cider in small batches (45 and 90 gallons at a time), in time with the seasons. Our ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, with much of our produce coming from the organic farm on which we brew: PlowGirl Farm.
